Heavy metal ensemble KILLING MACHINE has spent the last weeks writing new material for a new album, expected to be released in 2015. The band's current lineup includes James Rivera (HELSTAR, VICIOUS RUMORS) on vocals, Stet Howland (W.A.S.P., BLACKFOOT, LITA FORD) on drums, Peter Scheithauer (TEMPLE OF BRUTALITY, BELLADONNA) on guitars and Johnny Rod (W.A.S.P., KING KOBRA).

KILLING MACHINE are looking for a spring release and will then promote the album on summer festivals and tours across Europe, North and South America. The band have made one rough demo song available from their pre-production. Check it out below.

The band comments:

"In this business, you will go down many roads. Some you may never go down again and some you may. I am a firm believer in giving a real good thing a second chance in life. This time around seemingly, like all the right cards are in place with pro management, it looks like KILLING MACHINE will have tons of fun and do very many great things delivering great classic straight up metal to the masses in 2015. I'm proud to be part of this project again and give it another whirl. It is all due in part that Peter Scheithauer founder of KM is the master at writing great metal anthems with great hooks and to be playing with two other well-known very achieved musicians Stet Howland and Johnny Rod, the classic rhythm section of WASP. With this lineup this is not just a group of metal soldiers on the front lines but also an onslaught of metal generals coming your way! So expect pure metal mayhem that will take over the world!" - James Rivera

"All I can say is, Welcome To the Machine...THE KILLING MACHINE! With a monster power rhythm section of Stet Howland and me on drums and bass, together with the destructive power of James Rivera's vocals and Peter Scheithauer's thundering guitar tone... DESTRUCTION IS EMINENT!!!" - Johnny Rod

"KILLING MACHINE, the name alone gets my blood pumping. I was excited to hear from my longtime musical partner Peter asking if I would be interested recording my second CD with the band. Given the amazing lineup of talent involved, he knew the answer. I was excited to work with James for the first time, as I have been a fan/friend for years. Adding Johnny Rod reunites him and me for the first time since Donnington in 1992. This band really is a "KILLING MACHINE". Please clear the area, we have arrived!" - Stet Howland

"Iím thrilled about making a new KILLING MACHINE with a lineup that will top everything we have done so far. Not only James, Stet and Johnny are well known musicians but also have been true friends through the years. James vocals are so powerful and who wouldn't play with one of the best rhythm section there is. I was lucky to see Stet and Johnny at Donnington festival, they literally destroyed the stage, and I want to do the same with them! We will be recording this year Those new songs are just pure bang your head metal hymns. and or intention is to play as many festivals and countries as we can in 2015! This band is meant to be seen live! Horns up, and see you all soon" - Peter Scheithauer
