Poison opened the night with "Look What The Cat Dragged In" and from what I could tell, it dragged in some crap. The next song was some re-make that I have no idea what the name was. Next up was a ballad. Apparently, Poison has a ballad on every record because they sure do all of them.
Next, was the worst part of the show - the guitar solo. C.C. De Ville has got to be the biggest idiot on the planet. In the middle of the solo, he has to talk with the crowd. He sounds like he's from New York with that horrible "I want to be New Yorker" accent, but in all honesty, he sounds like a 3-year-old just learning to talk. He could be the poster child for drugs, because he is the perfect person to show what drugs do.
Next up, the drum solo. This show was all about solos, ballads and cover tunes. Also, I didn't want to forget to mention dry ice, fire and explosions. They also did Kiss' " Rock n Roll
All Night" with confetti flying all over the place.
Finally, the night came to an end. Thank God for Vince Neil, or this would have been a total waste of money. All in all, Poison truly sucks and I would probably pass on them next time they come around, which I'm sure should be next year. One good thing about the show, Bret Michaels still sounds good, but the band's stage presence sucks.
Here is the set list if any one cares:
1.Look What The Cat Dragged In
2.Cover tune
3.WHO CARES! A DRUM SOLO OR SOMETHING.
