The show had a slow crowd but as the night got later and the Billy Morris Band took the stage, the Hi/Fi filled in to a bigger crowd than expected on a Tuesday night in Cleveland and a non-promoted show! Billy Morris played a smokin’ set to get the crowd pumped for the Killer Dwarfs!! The Billy Morris Band played about one hour and had a smokin’ solo at the end, which lit the Hi/Fi up!! After the Billy Morris Band left the stage, Russ strolled up on a stage and yelled, “Good evening -- were glad to be back!”
The Killer Dwarfs were off with their hit, “Dirty Weapons.” The crowd was in to every bit of the Killer Dwarfs since it had been 10 years since the last American show! Russ came out with the camera taking pictures of the crowd and video taping the audience. Russ pulled all the tricks out with headstands and the googly looks that he has! Mauahhah -- rock n’ roll I call it!
The Killer Dwarfs played about a 15-song list which included “Coming Through,” “Nothing Gets Nothing,” “Stand Tall,” “Believe In Me,” “All That We Dream,” “Startin’ To Shine,” “Union Of Pride,” “Doesn’t Matter,” “I’m Alive,” and a few more, but most of all the best one of them all keep the spirit alive!
The show was about an hour and a half. They pleased the crowd even got called back for an encore! For a band to be gone for 10 years and play like they did they deserve a big welcome back to the States and respect! Killer Dwarfs have proven they have beat time and will always rock the hearts of all metal lovers all over the USA! This show was a 10!
Billy Morris' bar, the Hi/Fi, is a very credible bar, and so is Billy Morris to get the Killer Dwarfs to kick off a tour at his bar in Ohio!! If you get a chance go see them… I even went to the show in West Virginia because how good they were! Rock on, Killer Dwarfs!
