Helix main man Brian Vollmer has posted the following message at his official website:

"Over the past couple of years I have had the good fortune of having Cindy (vocals/acoustic guitar) and Rainer Wiechmann (guitar) in the band. This spring I decided to change the line-up however; always a difficult decision, made doubly so by the fact that both of them always gave 110% whenever I asked. This is not necessarily the last you have heard/seen from the two of them.

We are presently recording the new Helix CD at Rainer’s studio (Mole Studios) in London, ON and Cindy could very possibly end up guesting on some up and coming gigs. We remain good friends. Joining the band is Rick Van Dyke, singer/guitarist. You can check Rick out at www.sandmanonline.com."

you people are way out there. Your conversations have nothing to do with the subject most of the time. Can't you find another place to talk about wacking off? Talk about sad ............. For the record, Helix just finished a tour with Alice Cooper.
