Italian Symphonic Metal act TEMPERANCE have been rejuvenated with the additions of drummer Marco Sacchetto and vocalist Kristin Starkey. The band wasted no time in presenting their latest acquisitions live as special guests of TARJA (ex-NIGHTWISH) during her early 2023 European Tour.

From there, TEMPERANCE was hard at work to complete their first concept album Hermitage - Daruma's Eyes Pt. 2. On October 20, 2023, the band unleashed their tale of time travel and crazy adventures to the world via Napalm Records. I had the chance to catch up with guitarist and co-vocalist Marco Pastorino a few days before the album's release.
