Pushing their own limitless boundaries and exploring new musical terrain, "Whenever You're Ready" opens with hazy ambience before evolving with haunting beats and searing vocals, showcasing a bewitching new side of ALPHA WOLF, built firmly around its soaring melodic chorus and stirring subject matter.
"ALPHA WOLF like to let our listeners expect the unexpected at all times and "Whenever You're Ready" is a testament to exactly that," the band shares. "We could feel the impact of this song from the moment the first chords were written. Dancing around on our melodic side, this song touches on the complications between people with a deep connection to one another and ultimately losing them. Everyone has a story to tell in this regard and this is ours."

ALPHA WOLF ON TOUR

The road has been far from easy for ALPHA WOLF but they refuse to let anything stand in their way. Throughout the chaotic and turbulent times of the pandemic, the band released their sophomore album A Quiet Place To Die in 2020 to critical acclaim, including a #6 spot on the ARIA charts and a nomination for Best Heavy Album at the ARIA awards, and multiple sold-out shows around Australia, Europe, UK, U.S., and Asia.
Recently releasing the single "Bring Back The Noise", a neck-snapping delight that will also feature on Half Living Things, ALPHA WOLF are also currently on the road supporting THE AMITY AFFLICTION regionally, before headlining the return of their very own festival CVLTFEST in February, alongside Emmure, Crossfaith, Ocean Grove, and more.
ALPHA WOLF know how far they have come, but it's what lays ahead of them that's keeping the band hungry.
