Sunburn is the latest release by Rock 'N' Roll upstarts WICKED. The album is packed with catchy hooks, singalong choruses, and retro vibes aplenty. WICKED is more than just an image, but sure, they have an image that certainly stands out. In support of their sophomore album, WICKED have hit the road with NWOBHM icons RAVEN for a nine date trek through the U.S. & Canada. The tour runs from March 24 to May 4.

I had the chance to catch up with WICKED bassist Danny Doll and guitarist/vocalist Chad Michael en route to their first show with RAVEN in New Orleans, Louisiana. The duo discusses their latest album Sunburn, how the band was formed, living & working together, landing 10-time Grammy winner Ignacio Molina to produce the album, why working without a label works for them, their tour with RAVEN, plans for a new album, their Rock N Roll Circus show on YouTube, and much, much more.
