KNAC.COM has been able to confirm, that according to a source from within the band, Peter Steele, front man for Type O Negative has passed away from heart failure at the age of 48.
Check back for an official announcement. Peter was a longtime friend of KNAC.COM and will be missed. Our prayers and thoughts go out to Peter's family.
