Legendary guitarist SLASH will be presented with his own star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame

Iconic rock guitarist SLASH is to be honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame, according to an official announcement by The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. Film & television star Charlie Sheen and legendary director Robert Evans will be on hand to pay tribute to Slash's legacy as guest speakers at the ceremony.

"Slash is widely considered one of the greatest rock guitarists of all time,"Ana Martinez, producer of the Hollywood Walk Of Fame ceremonies, shared. She continued, "We are proud to place his name among the stars on our fabled Hollywood Walk Of Fame."

http://www.walkoffame.com also states, "In celebration of the star dedication, Slash will be performing at a private acoustic performance and exclusive Q&A with Slash and Myles Kennedy at Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood Blvd. after the ceremony. Fans will have the opportunity to win tickets to the exclusive show by listening to KLOS 95.5 starting June 25."
