Voivod, Atrophy, Meliah Rage, The Lord Weird Slough Feg to Headline 2-Day Music Event
Tulsa, OK nonprofit music organization, Horton Records, is proud to announce the ‘2 Minutes to Tulsa’ music festival, set for Friday, March 27 and Saturday, March 28 at The Vanguard event center in downtown Tulsa. The all ages annual event, now in its fourth iteration, will showcase a diverse national and international lineup of heavy metal music including Canadian progressive metal legends, Voivod, U.S. thrash metal standouts, Atrophy, Boston power-thrash masters, Meliah Rage, and San Francisco’s folklore metal mavens, The Lord Weird Slough Feg,as festival headliners. Single day and full weekend tickets for 2 Minutes to Tulsa are on sale via The Vanguard now.
Additional confirmed acts for the 2026 2 Minutes to Tulsa festival include the triple axe attack of California’s Leatherwolf, Cincinnati fuzz-psych trio, Electric Citizen, Dallas heavy metal heaters, Aska, Indiana’s Wraith, Chicago’s Black Sites, South Carolina’s Interceptor, Atlanta’s Chariots Overdrive, and Tulsa’s own She Hates Me Not, and Dust Lord.
Furthermore, 2 Minutes to Tulsa will also include a full slate of free activities, including afterparties at the conclusion of each daily lineup, hosted by The Whittier Bar (2405 E Admiral Blvd). Late night one will feature a live set from Richmond, VA metal-punk trio, and Municipal Waste offshoot, BAT, and Saturday’s late show will feature Springfield, MO NWOBHM unit, Transylvania. Finally, on Sunday, March 29, 2 Minutes to Tulsa will provide the aptly-titled, “Bangover Brunch“, at Fassler Hall (304 S Elgin Ave) that will include live performances by Tulsa’s Blind Oath and Denver’s Celestial Wizard.
