New album The Silent Architect to be released May 8th, 2026

The Silent Architect is the upcoming 12th studio album from Australian progressive metal band Teramaze, scheduled for release on May 8, 2026, through Wells Music. It continues what has been a prolific period for the band, with 8 releases since 2019, including two in 2024.

Now, the band is pleased to share the second single taken from the forthcoming album. “Mr. Crazy” is one of Teramaze’s most relentless and fast-paced tracks to date – a hard-hitting single that channels the raw attitude of early 90s glam and grunge, with clear nods to bands like Skid Row. 
Driven by aggressively catchy riffs and a no-holds-barred vocal delivery, the song captures the chaotic, almost unhinged perspective that lives up to its name.

Songwriter/guitarist Dean Well states, “Lyrically, ‘Mr. Crazy” ties directly into the themes of the upcoming album ‘The Silent Architect’. While not a traditional concept record, the album is deeply connected through an underlying theme rooted in the story of Adam and Eve, the Garden of Eden, and humanity’s fall through deception. “Mr. Crazy” explores the psychological and spiritual unraveling that stems from a single act of deceit that can reshape our reality forever.”
