Mayhem Fest returned to Red Rocks Amphitheater, Morrison, CO [07/05/2015] for its second consecutive year. To some surprise, only six bands were on the bill. HELLYEAH had forty-minutes & eight songs to win over the crowd. CHAD GRAY & company stormed the stage at the world renowned RED ROCKS AMPHITHEATRE with bravado… well all except guitarist TOM MAXWELL, who hobbled out with a broken leg, & sat for the entire performance. One thing that stood out as odd, was that in an eight-song set they chose the song "Moth" for the fifth. Why would a band put everything they have in attempt to create & cultivate energy within the crowd, only to extinguish any semblance of excitement with a slower ‘introspective’ song? One thing’s for certain, popular opinion is… VINNIE PAUL’s talents & legacy are being bridled within his current endeavors.

The set-list for the evening was as follows:

  • "Soul Killer"
  • "Sangre Por Sangre (Blood for Blood)"
  • "Demons In The Dirt"
  • "War In Me"
  • "Moth"
  • "Cross To Bier (Cradle of Bones)"
  • "Say When"
  • "You Wouldn’t Know"
