Dimebag and Vinnie Paul Find New Found Power in Damageplan

Since the dissection of Pantera in the past few years, guitarist Dimebag Darrell and Vinnie Paul have been busy writing and recording on their own, with a little help from ex-Diesel Machine guitarist Patrick Lachman on vocals. The culmination of their efforts will result in a brand-spanking new album due out through Elektra Records on January 26th, 2004, tentatively titled, New Found Power. The band name: Damageplan.
Damageplan recruited Pantera producer Sterling Winfield for the CD, with Dimebag helming the recording production. Guests on the disc include axeman Zakk Wylde and Stone Sour vocalist Corey Taylor.
