MASS DESTRUCTION METAL FEST III Coming In November By Larry Petro, News Monkey Tuesday, October 8, 2019 @ 1:42 PM
Launched by Atlanta metalhead Cody Martin in 2016 and established in 2017 with the help of local Atlanta promoter Amos Rifkin (A Rippin Production), MASS DESTRUCTION METAL FEST is a festival created for fans by fans, its previous lineups featuring some of underground metal's most coveted acts including Demoncy, Macabre, Nocturnus AD, Morbosidad, Sadistic Intent, and more.
Comments Martin, "As is the case with several bands we've booked over the years, I've never seen SIGH, so naturally I'm excited to cross them off my personal list. I was so stoked to see their visa approval. From the onset, our goal has been to bring all these great bands to our backyard for fans who can't travel the world for festivals and it's really starting to feel like we're achieving that goal."
Adds Rifkin, "VALDRIN have always been one of those bands that people love, but rarely get to see. We're excited to finally bring them to Atlanta for the first time, as is the case with many bands on our lineups. MORTA SKULD are mainstays of the underground and a death metal force that I'm ready to get punched in the face by. I'm also looking forward to digging through all the albums in this year's Metal Market; there's always gems to be found and the wall of t-shirts is always a drool-fest to behold."
