Concept Lyric Video Highlights Awareness For Addiction, Depression, Mental Health

TOM KEIFER with #keiferband--Savannah Keifer, Tony Higbee, Billy Mercer, Kendra Chantelle, Jarred Pope, Kory Myers—has released the stirring concept lyric video for “Waiting On The Demons” from his album, RISE. It’s a poignant song about dealing with inner demons and personal issues.

“Demons come in many forms and are different for everybody,” KEIFER explains. “Young or old, we all face them at some point in life. They are the things that can take hold of our lives and prevent us from reaching our full potential and happiness. We as humans, have a tendency to put off or wait to take that first step toward healing. "Waiting On The Demons", simply stated, is a song about taking that step. Life is far too precious of a gift to wait. Be it addiction, depression, abuse, mental illness, grief… We hope that the "Waiting On The Demons" video will inspire and empower anyone struggling in the dark to find the strength within to overcome. It's also a reminder that if you can't find the strength within yourself, there are many organizations and people in the world who can and want to help.”

Three videos have already been released from the new album: “The Death Of Me” (written by KEIFER and his wife Savannah, and directed by Vicente Cordero), a lyric video for “Touching The Divine” (written by TOM and Savannah KEIFER, and Kendra Chantelle) and “Rise”, the title track (written by TOM KEIFER, Savannah Keifer with Keifer and Shawna Thompson of Thompson Square and directed by Vicente Cordero).

In touring news, TOM KEIFER and #keiferband have been on a vigorous trek ever since the 2013 release of his debut solo album, and they’re not slowing down anytime soon. Their current headlining tour began July 30 in Nashville, TN and continues through the end of 2019, with more shows being added in the coming weeks and already being planned for 2020.
