Thought-provoking is one of several ways to describe the many faces of Ohio's MUSHROOMHEAD. Literally a multi-faceted entity that has been astonishing audiences with a live show that goes hand-in-hand with the diversity in their music and line-up that is simply engaging as well as intense. Over 2 decades they have successfully made a name for themselves with their style that crosses over and breaks boundaries that many bands are too scared to cross.

Their Napalm Records debut titled A WONDERFUL LIFE is set to be released June 19th as they look to break you out of your comfort zone once again and bring ahead the new era in their legacy. You have already seen and heard a small taste of what's in store on their latest release with the video for "THE HERESY" (video on KNAC.COM HERE) featuring the haunting voice of 'Ms Jackie', as well as the video for "SEEN IT ALL" (video on KNAC.COM HERE). A WONDERFUL LIFE will provide you with everything you enjoy about MUSHROOMHEAD and bring you some great surprises as well with an album that stretches the boundaries.

I had the pleasure of speaking to mastermind and the longest standing original member of the group, Drummer and Percussionist, Skinny. In our discussion we explore the history of the band and the changes over the years, their love for touring and how important it is, and of course the current state of the world. We touch on some helpful and healthy advice for anyone going through hard times these days. A WONDERFUL LIFE will certainly get you through this ordeal with 17 tracks and over 70 minutes of audio artistry that elevates MUSHROOMHEAD's style even further.
