We took the time to speak with Mike Spreitzer, guitarist for DEVILDRIVER to learn how to deal with demons. Their upcoming and greatly anticipated release for 2020 is the first part of a two-part release. We delve into a great deal of discussion on how their new release came together and how well the inner relationship of a band can smooth the workflow. We go into detail about how the guitar sound on this record is a great focus and how DEALING WITH DEMONS I is a new change of pace for the band.
Having been one of the longest standing members since their 2nd album THE FURY OF OUR MAKERS HAND, he goes on to explain how the evolution of the band has changed and affected the the writing process for the better.
