Revival or not, Thrash has always been a genre that is a cornerstone to Metal as a whole. A genre bending scene with bands that straddle the line and crossover, helping the fan-base grow. The new wave of Thrash has grown up and now has some miles under its belt and coming up on 2 decades of growth is the UK's own EVILE with their new release and Napalm Records debut, Hell Unleashed.

Here I talked with Ol Drake, guitarist and now lead vocals since the departure of brother Matt Drake, from the band. We discuss his vocal approach, inspiration for the new release, how the partnership with Napalm Records came about, and much more.
