Metal Legend UDO DIRKSCHNEIDER’s time in ACCEPT produced a couple of MTV video staples in the 80s with “Balls To The Wall” and the ultra-melodic and seizure-inducing clip for “Midnight Mover”. Udo hit a milestone on 4.5.22. The big 7-0. His new studio album, My Way is a collection of covers to commemorate the milestone. When artists release cover albums they are often a ‘mixed bag’ or a huge miss. Such is not that case with My Way which Udo released on 4.22.22 via Atomic Fire Records. KNAC.COM caught up with Udo on 4.20.22 to talk about his new album My Way amongst other things.
