DANGER DANGER alumni Bruno Ravel, Rob Marcello, and Paul Laine formed THE DEFIANTS in 2016. Their self-titled debut shattered expectations and garnered rave reviews from across the globe. THE DEFIANTS released their sophomore effort Zokusho in 2019, and once again the critics ate it up.

On June 9, 2023 THE DEFIANTS released their third studio album Drive (Review On KNAC.COM HERE), through Frontiers Music. As expected, the group delivers a killer collection of big hooks, melodies, and big choruses. I had the chance to catch up with vocalist Paul Laine ahead of the album's release.
