The 14th studio album by British Hard Rock act GIRLSCHOOL also celebrates the band's 45th anniversary. The cheeky ladies even titled it, WTFortyfive?. To make it 45 years in the music industry, you must be doing something right.

Currently composed of Kim McAuliffe (guitar/vocals), Denise Dufort (drums), Jackie Chambers (guitar/backing vocals), and Tracey Lamb (bass), GIRLSCHOOL has been criss-crossing the UK and Europe with label mates ALCATRAZZ all throughout 2022 and 2023.

WTFortyfive? is set for release on July 28th through Silver Lining Music, and it is quite possibly GILRSCHOOL's finest hour. You'll be hard pressed to find a snoozer on this album. WTFortyfive? is loaded with hooks and melodies, plus grittiness and debauchery.

I had the chance to speak with guitaris Jackie Chambers ahead of the album's release.
