"Dein Anker", which translates to "Your Anchor", describes the wonderful things, big and small, that help us withstand the storm of emotions and find our way back to safe waters.
Bandleader Martin Engler adds:
"This anchor can be another person, an animal, an object, or even ourselves, by sending ourselves good thoughts or recalling a beautiful memory."
