A blistering alt-rock reckoning, the track dismantles modern systems of control with crushing guitars, hypnotic synth textures, and vocals that hit like a warning shot. Fueled by themes of propaganda, fear, and obedience masked as safety, "Say Hey (For Doomsday)!" delivers a raw commentary on how easily a population can be manipulated into surrendering rights in the name of protection. The message? Question everything, or be swallowed whole.
"This track allowed me to channel a lot of my angst and resentment toward society," says frontman Xian Murder. "Sometimes it feels like the world is purposely imploding-and we're helping it along."
With deep low-end grit, pounding rhythms, and a cinematic sense of doom, the track balances melody with menace-making it one of the heaviest moments on The Sounds of Seven Angels, out now.
