For the 14th consecutive year, Nordic Noise gathers the rock and metal crowd for one of Denmark’s most established and traditional festivals. After several years as a “nomadic festival”, Nordic Noise finally returns home in 2026 – to the legendary RUST in Norrebro, which expands the venue settings, with three floors, a Biergarten, and a metal market.
The festival takes place Thursday, May 14 (Ascension Day), Friday, May 15, and Saturday, May 16, 2026, featuring six concerts each day and a Metal-Rock Night Club with DJs until 3:00 AM.
New names added to the lineup.
Following a strong first announcement in September, featuring Chris Holmes (W.A.S.P.), Thunderor, Captain Black Beard, Impalers, Meridian, Steel Inferno, Black Swamp Water, and Wasted, Nordic Noise now proudly presents another six bands, adding weight, melody, and Nordic energy to the 2026 lineup:
Artillery (DK) – Thrash legends who, since the 1980s, have been standard bearers for Danish metal on the international scene. An institution that continues to deliver, with full force and precision. New material is planned for release next year!
Osukaru (SE) – Swedish melodic hard rock at its finest. Led by guitarist Oz Osukaru, the band delivers grand hooks and AOR vibes in the best Scandinavian tradition.
Exelerate (DK) – One of the most promising, new Danish speed/power acts. Known for their technical prowess and explosive live shows that excite both classic metal fans and younger headbangers alike.
Blue Rose Down (DK) – A fresh breath on the Danish heavy rock scene. The combination of powerful vocals, heavy riffs, and energetic attitude makes this one-man act a truly unique experience.
Nighthawk (SE) – Swedish retro rockers with an international sound and strong songwriting. The recordings feature Bjorn Strid (The Night Flight Orchestra/Soilwork) on vocals. Their latest album has received great reviews and cemented their position as one of the most exciting new acts in the Nordics.
Mantric Momentum (NO) – Norwegian supergroup, featuring members from CIRCUS MAXIMUS and EDEN’S CURSE. Their modern, melodic metal combines power, technical finesse, and massive choruses into an impressive, sonic expression.
