RealOne RadioPass issues:
1. I have an older version of the RealPlayer, how do I upgrade to the new RealOne Player.
To make sure you are using the latest RealOne Player software, check if there is an update available for RealOne Player:
A. On the Tools menu, click Check for Update:
- If the Message Center window appears, click Update to update to RealOne Player v2.
- If the AutoUpdate window appears, scroll through the list, select RealOne Player and any plug-ins that you want to update, and click Install.
B. The upgraded RealOne Player downloads automatically. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
Note: To check your current version number, click the Help menu, then About RealOne Player
2. I am a RadioPass member but the stream won't play when I click on it?
--one possible reason for this could be that you simply aren't signed in to the service.
How do I know that I am signed in?
When you are signed-in, "Player Plus" will appear on the menu bar of your RealOne Player. To sign in, select Help>Sign in to RealOne from your RealOne Player menus.
3. Do I get a player when I sign up for RealOne RadioPass.
--Yes. The RealOne Player Plus is included as part of a RadioPass subscription.
To manage your subscription service or to make changes to your RealOne account via the My Account site:
1. Visit My Account at https://account.real.com/acct/login.html.
2. Type your e-mail address and your password, and then click the Sign-in button.
3. In the My Memberships section, click Manage My Membership for each subscription that you want to cancel.
4. Under Options, click the Cancel link. A My Account window pops up to prompt you for feedback. Follow instructions from there.
5. Why do I hear no sound when I play files with RealOne Player?
--Try adjusting the system volume levels.
RealOne Player plays sound using the Wave Out controls of your sound card. If the Play Control sliders are muted, RealOne Player will not play sound.
To adjust your system volume levels, you will need to access the speaker icon on your taskbar.
To make sure the volume is not muted on your system:
1. Double-click the speaker icon next to the clock in the lower right corner of your screen.
2. In the Play Control dialog box, make sure that all of the Mute boxes are clear.
If the Play Control dialog box does not display the Play Control or Wave sliders, add them:
1. Double-click the speaker icon, select the Options menu, and choose Properties.
2. In the Show the following controls section, select Play Control and Wave.
3. Click OK.

There was a really good Classical (Not rock) net station in Istanbul I listened to last spring/winter but I guess it went down because the link didn’t ever work. Just wandered if you knew of any other ones.

I heard an add saying there would be a free trail for it, but you have to tell real.com everything about you including your creditcard number and they start billing after 14 days if you don't cancel it. This really sucks!
I would love to pay KNAC and get good music in return, but I won't blow my money into real's ass.
