In 1985 he departed Van Halen and launched a wildly successful solo career, selling millions more records over the years and always remaining an irrepressible, undeniable Rock 'N Roll icon for millions of fans worldwide who have long known him as Diamond Dave. For many, he is one of the great frontmen in the history of American rock music. Now, on July 8, 2003, David Lee Roth releases Diamond Dave, on Magna Carta Records!
